I am brave
When you wake up in the morning, do you feel like you have the courage to face the day ahead? Or do you feel like you want to crawl back into bed and hide from the world? It's okay to feel scared or uncertain at times, but it's important to remind yourself that you are brave.
Being brave doesn't mean that you have to be fearless or invincible. It means that you have the strength to face your fears and overcome them. It means that you are willing to take risks and step outside of your comfort zone. It means that you are resilient and can bounce back from setbacks.
When you affirm to yourself "I am brave" you are acknowledging your inner strength and resilience. You are reminding yourself that you have the power to overcome any obstacle that comes your way. You are giving yourself permission to be vulnerable and take risks.
Being brave can look different for everyone. For some, it may mean speaking up for themselves or others. For others, it may mean trying something new or pursuing a dream. Whatever it looks like for you, know that you are capable of being brave.
It's important to remember that being brave doesn't mean that you won't feel scared or uncertain at times. It's okay to feel those emotions, but it's important to not let them hold you back. When you feel scared or uncertain, remind yourself of your affirmation "I am brave" and take a deep breath. Trust in yourself and your abilities.
