I am responsible for who I am
It's easy to feel like life is happening to you, like you're just going through the motions without any control over your circumstances. But the truth is, you are responsible for who you are. You have the power to shape your own life and create the person you want to be.
This doesn't mean that everything that happens to you is your fault. There are certainly external factors that can impact your life, like the economy, your upbringing, or the people around you. But ultimately, it's up to you to decide how you respond to those factors and how you let them shape you.
When you take responsibility for who you are, you become empowered to make changes in your life. You can identify areas where you want to grow and take steps to make that happen. You can set goals for yourself and work towards achieving them. You can choose to surround yourself with people who support and encourage you, rather than those who bring you down.
It's important to remember that taking responsibility for who you are doesn't mean you have to do it alone. Seeking help and support from others is a sign of strength, not weakness. Whether it's talking to a friend, seeking therapy, or joining a support group, there are many resources available to help you on your journey.
So repeat the affirmation to yourself: "I am responsible for who I am". Believe it, and let it guide you towards the life you want to live. You have the power to create your own destiny, and it all starts with taking responsibility for yourself.
