I don’t have to change for people to love me
It's a common feeling to think that you need to change yourself in order for people to love you. Maybe you feel like you need to be more outgoing, more successful, or more attractive. But the truth is, you don't have to change for people to love you. You are worthy of love just the way you are.
It's important to remember that everyone has their own unique qualities and traits that make them who they are. You don't have to conform to someone else's standards in order to be loved. In fact, trying to change yourself to fit someone else's expectations can be exhausting and ultimately unfulfilling.
When you accept yourself for who you are, you give others the opportunity to love you for who you are as well. You don't have to pretend to be someone you're not or put on a façade to impress others. Authenticity is key in building genuine relationships.
It's also important to recognize that not everyone will love you, and that's okay. You don't need everyone's approval or validation to be happy. Focus on the people who do love and accept you for who you are, and cherish those relationships.
Remember, self-love is crucial in accepting yourself for who you are. When you love and accept yourself, you radiate confidence and positivity, which can attract others to you. You don't have to change yourself to fit someone else's mold. Embrace your unique qualities and let your true self shine.
