I know what’s best for me
It's important to trust yourself and your instincts. You know yourself better than anyone else does. You know what makes you happy, what makes you sad, what makes you feel fulfilled, and what makes you feel empty. You know what you need to do to take care of yourself, physically and emotionally. You know what you need to do to achieve your goals and dreams. You know what you need to do to live a life that feels authentic and true to who you are.
Sometimes, it can be easy to doubt yourself. You might feel like you don't know what you're doing, or like you're not good enough to make the right decisions for yourself. You might feel like you need someone else to tell you what to do, or like you need someone else to validate your choices. But the truth is, you don't need anyone else's approval or guidance. You have everything you need within yourself to make the best choices for yourself.
When you affirm that "I know what's best for me" you're reminding yourself that you have the power to make your own decisions. You're acknowledging that you're capable of taking care of yourself and making choices that align with your values and goals. You're giving yourself permission to trust yourself and your instincts.
Of course, this doesn't mean that you should never seek advice or support from others. It's important to have a support system and to listen to the perspectives of people you trust. But ultimately, the decision is yours to make. You're the one who knows what's best for you, and you're the one who has to live with the consequences of your choices.
So the next time you're faced with a decision, big or small, take a moment to affirm to yourself that "I know what's best for me". Trust yourself, and know that you have everything you need to make the right choice.
