Wellness is my default setting
Wellness is my default setting. What does this mean? It means that being well, both physically and mentally, is the natural state that I am always inclined to return to. Just like a computer resets to its default settings, my default state is wellness.
Think about it: when you are born, you enter this world as a perfectly healthy being. Your body and mind are designed to function optimally. However, as time goes on, various factors can disrupt this natural harmony. Stress, unhealthy habits, and negative thoughts can throw us off balance and lead to illness and dis-ease. But deep down, your default, your true nature, is wellness.
Sometimes, life can be overwhelming. We face countless challenges and experience moments of stress. But remember, wellness is my default setting. It's like having a built-in compass guiding you back to a state of well-being. Even when faced with difficulties, you can tap into this innate wisdom and find your way back to feeling strong and healthy.
Taking care of yourself is essential to maintaining your default wellness. It's like pressing the reset button on your computer when it starts acting up. To reset, you need to engage in activities that support your well-being. Eating nutritious food, getting enough sleep, and engaging in regular exercise are all ways you can restore balance to your body and mind.
